Where can I register?
Early-bird registration forms can be faxed to 918.388.8083, emailed to Natalie Bennett, or mailed to Sweet Adelines International Headquarters until July 7, 2017. Early-bird registration prices end on April 14, 2017. From July 8 – Sept. 1, 2017, registrations can be purchased online to be picked up on site at the registration desk. Click here to register.
What does my all-events registration include?
The all-events registration includes admission to the Opening Ceremony, Harmony Classic, Quartet Semifinals, Chorus Semifinals, Quartet Finals, Chorus Finals, Harmony Boutique and the Education Classes.
How do I get tickets to the Coronet Club Show?

Where can I register for single events?
Single-event registrations will become available on April 17, 2017. Registration forms and online registration information will be available in early 2017.
How do I make sure my chorus, family and friends are seated together?
To sit together, everyone in your chorus needs to purchase all-event registrations under the same registration, streamlined through your registration coordinator. This also includes any family or friends wishing to sit with the chorus. If your registration payment is not included with the group you want to sit with, seating with that group is not guaranteed. Registrations received after July 7, 2017 will be seated according to availability. Friends and family that are purchasing single-event registrations will not be placed in your chorus' seating block.
Are there refunds or exchanges if I cannot attend?
Registrations are transferrable, and refunds of 50 percent may be granted if you send a request in writing to Natalie Bennett by July 7, 2017. After July 7, no refunds will be granted.
Does everyone attending need to sign the "Release of Claims"?
Yes, each member and non-member attending international convention will need to sign the official "Release of Claims."
Housing and Venue:
When booking hotel rooms, does the hotel charge my card with the full deposit?
The MGM Grand will be charging one night’s deposit + tax to the room leader’s provided credit card in September. The charge will not occur when the reservation is made. Please ensure the credit card you use on the reservation expires after October, 2017.
Will there be bussing?
There will be no bussing for competitors or attendees since function space, sleeping rooms and riser rehearsals are all within one venue.
What is the tax rate in Las Vegas, NV?
The hotel tax rate in Las Vegas, Nevada is currently 12%. This rate is subject to change.
Does the MGM Grand offer free parking for hotel guests?
The MGM Grand has implemented a paid parking program for all guests and vistitors. This fee will be up to $10 for overnight self-parking. For more information on parking at the MGM Grand, click here.
What time is check-in / check-out?
The standard check-in time is 3 p.m. however you may process your check in upon arrival and store your luggage until your room is prepared. You may have the option to check in early (prior to 1 p.m.) for a fee of $25 USD, based upon availability. The standard check-out time is 11 a.m. Please note that late check-out requests are based upon occupancy and availability on the date of departure. Additional charges may apply.
What is included in the resort fee (included in rate)?
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access, daily newspaper available for pickup, $15 USD beverage credit per room that is applicable at any MGM Grand owned bar or lounge, notary services, complimentary printing of boarding passes, copies, faxes up to five pages, unlimited local and toll-free telephone calls and complimentary daily access to the cardio fitness room.
What is the cancellation policy for the MGM?
Attendees – All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. The hotel may charge your card for a one night deposit + tax, on or after Sept. 11, 2017. Reservations cancelled prior to May 8, 2017, will not be charged a penalty. Reservations cancelled on May 8, 2017, through and including June 4, 2017, will be subject to a cancellation fee of $75 USD. Reservations cancelled June 5, 2017, through and including July 10, 2017, will be subject to a cancellation fee of $150 USD. Reservations cancelled on or after July 11, 2017, will be subject to a cancellation fee of $250 USD. Cancellations made with the hotel directly will be subject to the same cancellation fees listed above, regardless of and in addition to the individual hotel's cancellation polices. The hotel will apply additional cancellation fees, up to and including the forfeiture of the one-night deposit for cancellations made after Sept. 11, 2017. In addition, the hotel may charge an "early departure" fee if you depart prior to your scheduled departure.
Chorus – All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. The hotel will charge your card for a one-night deposit + tax, on or after Sept.11, 2017. Reservations cancelled prior to July 11, 2017, will not be charged a penalty. Reservations cancelled on or after July 11, 2017, will be subject to a cancellation fee of $250 USD. Cancellations made with the hotel directly will be subject to the same cancellation fees listed above, regardless of and in addition to the individual hotel's cancellation polices. The hotel will apply additional cancellation fees, up to and including the forfeiture of the one-night deposit for cancellations made after September 11, 2017. In addition, the hotel may charge an "early departure" fee if you depart prior to your scheduled departure. Please keep in mind that failure to fulfill 90 percent of your chorus' room block will result in additional penalty fees equal to the unused rooms + tax.
Are refrigerators included in the room rate?
Refrigerators are not included in the room rate. There are a limited amount of refrigerators available for rent for $25 USD/day. Please make other arrangements unless you have a medical requirement for refrigeration.
What amenities are included with each room?
All rooms include the following amenities: hair dryers, irons and ironing boards. Each room includes free WiFi access and a fully-stocked mini bar.
Are roll-a-way beds available?
Roll-a-way beds are not available at the MGM Grand.
PLEASE NOTE: Rooms DO NOT include a coffee pot. There are three Starbucks locations in the MGM Grand.
Coffee service is also available through room service.
