October 6, 2023 is the last day to make changes, cancellations, or new reservations through the system.

1. On the reservation site, insert your arrival and departure dates and hit "search."
2. General attendees should skip over the "Group Code" box. (The "Group Code" only applies to the chorus room blocks.)

Updated August 10th: You wanted more, so now there's 4! Due to popular demand we have added a fourth hotel to our hotel block, Embassy Suites Downtown Louisville.

Reservations may be made by using the link below or by calling the local Louisville Housing agent number. Local agents are available to assist with making reservations Monday–Friday from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. EST (2 p.m.–10 p.m. UTC; closed on all U.S. National Holidays).

Note: Availability is limited for certain hotels and room types based on your arrival and departure dates, so you may not get your first choice of hotel when booking.

Reservation Guarantee

All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card to guarantee each room reserved. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED during this initial stage and will be held as a GUARANTEE only and in case of cancellation beginning September 11, 2023.

Cancellations & Changes

When booking your hotel accommodations, you must provide a valid credit card number to guarantee payment. Any reservations cancelled starting September 11, 2023 will be charged $50 USD cancellation fee to the card on the reservation by the Louisville Tourism Housing Department. Reservations cancelled starting October 9, 2023 will forfeit one night's room and tax to the card on the reservation by the hotel.

Acknowledgments

Louisville Tourism will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Louisville Tourism at housing@gotolouisville.com.

You will receive a confirmation direct from your hotel mid-October, 2023. If you have not received a confirmation from your hotel by this date, please contact the hotel directly.
