Enjoy three days of education and three nights of great barbershop singing!

Your event registration includes three days of classes, admission to the Diamond Division Quartet Contest on Thursday, the Rising Star Quartet Contest on Friday, and the Strut Your Stuff Celebration with The Coronet Club on Saturday!

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. See below for special rates.

Individual Registration: $350 per person
Quartet Registration: $800 per registered Sweet Adelines quartet

What’s included in your event registration:

Schedule of EventsEducation sessions: Quartet members may enjoy the Queens’ College track, which includes a coaching session, while chorus members are encouraged to explore the A Cappella Academy tracks. All attendees are welcome to attend any class they choose! 

Admission to evening events: Diamond Division (Thursday) Rising Star (Friday), and the Strut Your Stuff Celebration with The Coronet Club on Saturday.

Closing Session: Come together to celebrate an unforgettable experience. Enjoy photos, light snacks, and plenty of camaraderie to close out the event. A cash bar will be available.

Quartet coaching opportunity from The Coronet Club: Each Sweet Adelines registered quartet receives one coaching session with a Coronet Club member during the event! Quartets competing in the Rising Star or Diamond Division are not eligible for this coaching session.

Rising Star competitor discount: Rising Star competitors receive a 50% discount on event registration.

Meals: Lunch is provided on Friday and Saturday.

Event Registration closes on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 (CT).
Stay at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Hotel

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. 
Attendees are encouraged to arrive on Wednesday. Registration pickup is Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon, with the event beginning at 1 p.m.

Room Rate: $139 per room / per night (does not include applicable taxes or fees). 

Discounted self-parking for registered hotel guests: $12 per vehicle / per night
