Early Bird Registration closes June 7. Mailed and faxed registrations must be received by June 7 to qualify for the Early Bird rate. All registrations received after June 7 will be charged the regular registration rate.
Early Bird Registration Closes for International Quartet Competitors on July 28.
Pre-Event registration (online, mail/fax) closes August 25. After this date, registrations will only be available for purchase on-site.
Sweet Adelines Hotel Block opens to non-competing attendees in June 2025. Why the wait? We must reserve hotel rooms for competing choruses first. To receive the discounted rate, registered attendees must wait to book through our official hotel reservations site that will be available here, on our website! Thank you for your patience. Please do not call the hotels directly to book a room. If you do this, you will not receive the Sweet Adelines discounted rate.
Reservations for competing choruses and quartets will be initiated by our Events Department. If you have questions, please email events@sweetadelines.com.
