All about competition photography, purchasing photos and event policies.
You can purchase photos on-site at the Read Photography booth, via the Read Photography website, and/or by mailing in your completed order form to Read Photography. If you have any questions or need assistance ordering please call Read Photography at 1-319-393-0547, they we will be happy to assist you!
Read Photography will upload candid photos to the online candid photo gallery approximately one day after the performance. Photos taken on Saturday will be uploaded for purchase a few days after the event.
Posed Photos will be available approximately four weeks after the event. Why the wait? Read Photography will edit those pictures to perfection, removing mic stands, audience members, or any other distractions from your photos before they are uploaded to the online galleries for purchase.
Read Photography is the exclusive photographer of the Sweet Adelines International Convention and Competition.
All other photography, video, or recording outside of our contracted vendor is strictly prohibited from opening remarks through the closing song. This includes adjudicated performances as well as award ceremonies, non-adjudicated performances (i.e. World Harmony Chorus, Champion Swan Sets, etc.) and all events that take place on the international stage. This does not include selfies with your friends in the competition arena (as long as any event on stage is not in session).
Additionally, Sweet Adelines International headquarters staff and contracted personnel will be taking photographs, video, and/or other digital media throughout the event. By attending the event, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment, royalties, inspection or approval of any photo, video, or digital media. Thank you for your cooperation.
